Statement
Painting,
in any form, makes you even more aware of the wonderful world around you; and
if you are blessed enough to be around other artists in your life, even more
so!
My goal is not to be the best artist, but to bring out the
best in the artists who come to me.
Artist Biography
Janet grew up in BC, then moved to New York to Washington State and then Arizona. In her early adult years she was a bit of a wild child with her travels. She has her stories of adventures. She was always a creative soul. She eventually settled down when she met the man of her dreams, got married, and had her family. She had a special affection for the Alberta prairies and was happy to finally set up permanent roots in the Edmonton area.
You will find Janet teaching her classes at the Gilded
Rabbit, Colours, as well as private home classes and even Second Cup. She brings such colour , fun and warmth into
her teaching. Her mediums of choice are
watercolour, acrylic and oils.
